I’m Christine Copon, and I’m proud to serve as the owner of Caring Transitions of Evanston & Skokie. My professional background has been rooted in sales, customer service, and operations, and throughout my career, I’ve always been drawn to work that centers on people. I’ve spent years helping clients navigate decisions, solve problems, and feel supported along the way. That experience taught me how important it is to really listen, communicate clearly, and show up for people in a way that feels steady and trustworthy.

I was drawn to Caring Transitions because I wanted my work to feel more personal and more meaningful. Life changes like downsizing, moving, or helping a loved one through a transition can feel like a lot to carry, and I wanted to be part of something that truly helps lighten that load. This work gives me the chance to combine my professional experience with something that feels deeply worthwhile.
